Job description As Director of Preschool, you will manage daily operations of preschool level, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs for children aged 3-5 years old. You will also supervise teachers and staff to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care. Additionally, you will participate in the development of new programs and initiatives that promote the well-being and learning of preschool students. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or director. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
