Director of Project Planning

We are looking for a Planning Manager with strong experience in planning and project controls for large-scale EPC projects. This role is responsible for the development, control, and monitoring of project schedules for industrial construction and energy projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring schedule, cost, and scope alignment, leveraging advanced project control methodologies and Primavera P6. About the Role Key Responsibilities Plans manage, and control large-scale EPC / EP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Provides regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones, and critical path activities. Analyzes and interprets project data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. Utilizes advanced project control methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Proficient in Primavera P6 software for project scheduling and management. Strong understanding of construction and energy industry best practices, regulations, and standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
