The role addresses a senior technical leader with solid technical background and consistent experience in execution and project management, capable of ensuring coherence between offer, design, and delivery on site, so that projects are implemented predictably, efficiently, and to assumed standards.

📌 Your role in the organization

• Collaborate closely with Head of Bidding, Head of Design, and Head of Customer Service to ensure operational coherence between offer, design, implementation, and post-sales support.
• Evaluate projects from a technical and operational perspective, aligning solutions with delivery requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure efficient collaboration between departments by aligning information, operational practices, and critical decisions throughout project execution.
• Coordinate project implementation alongside Project Managers in subordination and technical teams.
• Monitor planning, resources, timelines, and performance (operational and financial), tracking costs, budgets, and efficiency, managing risks, and initiating preventive measures to maintain predictability and profitability.
• Intervene in critical situations ensuring quality standards and continuity of delivery.
• Standardize workflows in implementation (procedures, checklists, documentation).
• Ensure a correct transition to the service zone for continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute with technical recommendations and solutions when necessary, optimizing implementation and reducing risks during execution.

📌 Your profile

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Electronics, Telecommunications, Installations, Automation or similar).
• Senior experience in coordinating technical project implementation (multi-project), with direct exposure to site/ construction and delivery to the client.
• Strong experience as Project Manager in execution/project implementation, with responsibility for planning, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Relevant knowledge of the portfolio of Audio/Video/IT&C solutions and their integration into existing infrastructures (including top-tier industry ecosystems and manufacturers).
• Experience relevant to current weak currents and managing interdependencies with other installations constitutes a valuable differentiator.
• Capacity to ensure coherence between offer, design, execution from a technical and operational perspective, for predictable delivery.
• Experience in standardization and operational optimization (procedures, checklists, quality control, documentation, handover to service).
• Experience in financial operational control: budgets, cost-to-complete, efficiency during execution, risk management.
• Experience in an international context and using the English language (including technical terminology) constitutes an advantage; French is a plus.
