Director of Operations - Logistics

Leading logistics company with operations in Mexico, USA, and Canada seeks Director of Operations to lead and optimize large-scale LTL transportation, fleet, and logistics networks. Job responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end operation ensuring operational excellence, safety, cost efficiency, and service levels, actively participating in business strategy. Scope: LTL transportation and primary/secondary distribution Management of fleet (900+ vehicles) Optimization of routes and schedules for maximum efficiency and reduced costs Analysis and implementation of process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business units Development and execution of operational plans to achieve strategic objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field 10+ years of experience in logistics operations management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar is a plus.
