Your Mission:

Lead the planning and execution of full funnel media strategies, integrating the best of traditional and digital. You will be the architect of data-driven solutions, the engine of team development, and the guarantor of project follow-up, all with an impeccable focus on client attention and satisfaction.

Your Main Challenges:

• 360 Strategic Leadership: Define and oversee comprehensive strategies and tactical executions across all touchpoints.
• Strategic Account Management: Lead the relationship and development of solutions for key clients (Retail/Fashion).
• Team Development: Mentor and empower your team's talent, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Data & Full Funnel: Drive full funnel campaigns with deep data analysis to push campaigns from data to constant optimization.
• 360 Knowledge: Proven experience in traditional and digital media (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Programmatic, Social, SEM, Direct Media, etc.).
• Tracking and Results: Ensure correct implementation and achievement of KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in media director/supervision roles at agencies, with a focus on Retail or Fashion.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performance teams.
• 360 Vision: Expert in integrating traditional and digital media and full funnel strategies.
• Data-Driven: Ability to work with data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Skills: High-level negotiation, strategic vision, problem-solving, and executive communication.
