Director of Finance

Chablé Hotels is seeking its next Director of Finance. We are looking for a financial leader with strategic vision, experience in luxury hospitality, capable of driving sustainable growth in a global expansion environment of one of the most prestigious brands in the luxury hospitality & branded residences segment. This position will have a key role in: Leading the financial strategy of the brand and portfolio (2 operating assets, 3 pipeline). Managing relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders to secure funding for new projects and ensure the financial stability of the company. Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets that align with the company's overall strategic objectives. Providing expert financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments. Collaborating with the development team to identify and prioritize investment opportunities. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform financial decisions. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports. Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and other team members. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers.
