Director of Execution in Installations

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive coordination of execution on all active sites, ensuring field presence and operational control.
- Strict monitoring of financial indicators, reporting actual consumptions daily against the allocated budget.
- Optimization of logistical and human resources to eliminate waste and increase profitability.
- Management of strategic negotiations with suppliers of volume equipment and materials.
- Implementation of motivation and retention systems for subordinate teams (Project Managers, Site Managers, workers).
- Identification of technical and administrative solutions to accelerate the pace of work in critical situations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant previous experience in executive management in the construction/installations industry.
- Ability to detect technical errors in documentation before the execution phase.
- Solid financial management skills applied in construction.
- Authoritative yet motivating leadership style, strictly oriented towards measurable performance.
- Availability for intensive field activity (the role is not exclusively office-based).
