Higher education in the field of technology and communication;
Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar position

The occupant of this position ensures the organization of IT department activities;
Supervises the activities of personnel within the department; develops technology modernization and information programs; provides technical equipment suitable for company activities, offering consultation and counseling on information technology and communication specializations.
Coordinates, verifies, guides, and is responsible for the entire activity of the department.

• Identifies new system requirements, establishes a project management adapted to new systems installed, including management of suppliers, users, and consultants, if necessary.
• Participates in recruiting, training, development, and retaining high-caliber personnel in organizing information systems and telecommunications within the company.
• Establishes according to organizational structure and Internal Regulations job assignments and responsibilities for subordinates based on job descriptions.
• Ensures continuous training of department personnel and users for specific applications.
• Defines IT standards at all levels, including hardware equipment and software application standards for computers, as well as acquisition needs, network protocols, copyright rights, and protection against computer viruses.
• Ensures integration at all levels of the information system.
• Develops a strategic plan for information systems and, if necessary, conducts periodic evaluations.
• Prepares an Annual Operational Plan for IT and drafts the IT budget.
• Manages telecommunications systems.
• Has responsibilities regarding professional secrecy.
