Coordinating and developing a team of financial consultants, in order to achieve sales objectives and grow the client portfolio. Main responsibilities: - Recruiting, selecting, and integrating financial consultants; - Coordinating and developing the team to achieve business objectives; - Coaching and support in sales activities; - Monitoring individual and team performance; - Implementing development and growth plans; - Developing own client portfolio; - Adhering to and promoting company standards and procedures. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a management/team coordination role; - Sales experience (preferably financial services/insurance); - Leadership, communication, and organizational skills; - Results and performance orientation; - Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
