Job Title: Airport Director

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Reporting to: CEO Mexico

Job Summary

Holistically manage the operations of the Airports where Swissport operates, ensuring efficiency, operational safety, compliance with contracts, and airport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate airport operations, ensuring compliance with clients, under established standards.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs with clients.
• Lead, in conjunction with the areas, the follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Contribute to maintaining the quality management system and continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain and foster coordinated work with airport authorities and clients.
• Verify compliance with operational KPIs and generate actions for their maintenance and improvement.
• Manage operational teams to achieve objectives in accordance with established standards.
• Prepare and present results to General Management.
• Comply with the responsibilities detailed in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and the specific manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with requirements according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards.

Requirements and Competencies

• Degree in Administration, Industrial Administration, or related areas to the Aeronautical industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations-related positions such as Manager, Administrator, Operations Coordinator.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of operational indicators, as well as budgets.
• Intermediate proficiency in Office, including handling tables, formulas, and databases in Excel.
• Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent organization and good communication.
• High degree of ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
