Director - Data & AI

We are looking for Director - Data & AI Practice – Guindy, Chennai. This is a fulltime permanent position. We are looking for a Director - Data & AI Practice who is equal parts technologist, storyteller, and business strategist. This is a senior individual-contributor and leadership role where you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex Data & AI engagements: from the very first RFP response and presales conversation, through solution architecture and proof-of-concept, to delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as internal stakeholders across various functions. This role requires a deep understanding of data science, AI, and machine learning concepts, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing business strategies, and driving innovation through data-driven insights. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Data & AI, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
