Overview of the Role _The Customer Fraud Director within Security & Risk Services (SRS) is responsible for the development and execution of the fraud risk management strategy for Mastercard’s customers. This role will be accountable for establishing a comprehensive fraud risk management framework, identifying and mitigating fraud risks, and ensuring that Mastercard’s customers are protected from fraud. Role _Develop and implement a comprehensive fraud risk management strategy for Mastercard’s customers. _Identify and assess fraud risks, including emerging threats and trends. _Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection controls. _Monitor and analyze fraud trends and performance. _Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers. _Provide subject matter expertise on fraud risk management. _Lead and manage a team of fraud risk professionals. _Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on fraud risk management. _Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. All About You _Bachelor's degree in a related field. _10+ years of experience in fraud risk management, with a focus on customer fraud. _Deep understanding of fraud risk management principles and practices. _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _Ability to lead and manage a team. _Experience with fraud detection and prevention technologies. _Experience with data analysis and reporting. _Strong understanding of the payments industry. _Experience working with customers. _Ability to work independently and as part of a team. _Ability to travel as needed.
