Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the regional supply chain and operations strategy
Led areas of planning, logistics, distribution, procurement, and operations
Optimize costs, inventories, service levels, and working capital
Implement indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement models
Coordinate multi-country operations and senior teams
Closely collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Technology, and General Management
Led operational transformation processes and regional standardization
Manage strategic suppliers and key contracts
