Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to join the consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design, Global Capability Center (GCC) strategies, process improvements, sourcing model optimization, and change management. The role requires strong analytical skills, client engagement capability, and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans for global enterprises. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and delivering comprehensive consulting solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize operations. • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on operating model design, GCC strategies, and change management initiatives. • Developing and managing budgets for consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and relevance of consulting services.
