Director, Compensation & Benefits Strategy

SG Courts - Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director (Compensation and Benefits) to drive effective remuneration and benefits strategies for the Judicial Service. You will lead a dynamic team within the JSC Secretariat, focusing on formulating competitive remuneration frameworks, overseeing the compensation cycle, and providing advisory support for recruitment. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives; Conducting market research and analysis to inform remuneration decisions; Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives; Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to balance competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
