Director Commercial Equipment for Construction

Fortza.RO, with its headquarters in Medias, Sibiu County, is a Romanian company with over 20 years of experience in construction.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Director of Sales who will join our team. If you are a person with excellent communication and negotiation skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a national commercial strategy;

· Consolidate relationships with existing clients and create new partnerships;

· Promote our complete portfolio (own production, international equipment, related services);

· Elaborate and follow up on sales plan and profit;

· Monitor the market and competition and identify opportunities for growth;

· Collaborate with general management for planning and budgeting;

· Coordinate and motivate the sales team to maximize performance;

· Set targets for the sales team and follow up on their realization.
