Commercial Director

Multi-brand dealer with over 30 years of activity in Moldova — IVECO, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Leapmotor, and Suzuki, in Iasi and Bacau, plus its own car body division. Over vehicles sold and a 23.9% market share in the over 3.5t segment

We are creating a new position. We are looking for the person who will unify vehicle sales, service, and bodywork under a single strategy.

What you will do

• Coordinate the sales teams in Iasi and Bacau, across all brands
• Lead the weekly pipeline cadence: each deal has a status, value, deadline, and next step
• Build the bridge between sales, service, and bodywork — each vehicle sold assessed for bodywork and maintenance
• Develop relationships with major transporters and fleet managers in the region, car dealers, and importers.
• Provide individual coaching to agents, do not sell in their place
• Report monthly directly to the Managing Director

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with a long cycle, ideally to fleet customers
• Experience coordinating a team or a formal mentoring role
• Discipline in working with CRM — for us it is a management tool, not bureaucracy
• Category B driver's license, availability for travel in the region
• Functional English, for relations with importers
• We are not looking for a salesperson, but for someone who leads the sales of others

An advantage would be

Experience with commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons, knowledge of the transport market in Moldova, technical training.
