Commercial Director

Harplast, with a tradition of over 50 years in the industrial products manufacturing industry, is looking for a Senior Commercial Director with solid experience in B2B sales and account management. This position is intended for a senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in similar roles, able to lead and develop the commercial strategy of the factory and contribute to maintaining Harplast's excellence on the market.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating B2B sales activities at national and regional levels
• Developing and implementing strategies for growing the portfolio of clients and revenue
• Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring financial performance of managed accounts
• Analyzing markets, competition, and identifying new business opportunities
• Developing the team and implementing best practices in sales
• Monitoring performance indicators and reporting results to management

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and commercial management, preferably in industrial environments
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ambitious personality with a strong desire for results-oriented goals
• Solid knowledge of the market or a strong willingness to quickly acquire it
• Analytical thinking, strategic development capacity, and decision-making based on data
• Fluency in Romanian and English
• Driving license category B

Payscale and benefits:

• Gross salary: 1,500 – 3,000 EUR, depending on experience and performance
