Requirements of studies/qualifications

• Higher medical education, graduated with a license from an accredited medical faculty according to the law
• Evaluator/Auditor quality services medical certificate constitutes an advantage

Professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a hospital/with hospitals in the field of quality services
• Participation in projects in the field of quality management constitutes an advantage

Other requirements

• Knowledge of an international language – medium level
• Knowledge MS Office, calculation technique usage
• Communication skills, teamwork, analysis and synthesis abilities
• Excellent communication skills;
• Planning and organization capacity;
• Oriented towards results and achieving objectives

Job description:

- Planning, organizing, and evaluating to implement procedures necessary to achieve quality objectives in line with the company's development strategy;

- Participate, coordinate, and analyze periodically the level of quality indicators and requirements from authorized organs within the company's units;

- Monitor permanent and periodic auditing of quality indicators and requirements from authorized organs within the company's units;

- Coordinate the preparation and revision of documents for the quality management system;

- Identify dysfunctions and potential risks at process and internal flow levels, and propose solutions to remedy them;

- Form, evaluate, and supervise the team under one's supervision, as well as coordinate training for medical and non-medical personnel in quality management within the organization;

- Report to the Director of Quality about the functioning of the quality management system and any need for improvement, with a view to taking appropriate decisions;

- Respond to information quality at the interface with regulatory bodies in the field of quality and certification bodies;

- Represent the organization in audit and certification processes.
