Aufgaben

Business Development:

• You will be the central point of contact for our customers and support them. Additionally, you will develop strategies to maximize revenue and recognize cross- & upselling potential.

Key-Account Management:

• As a central interface for all customer requests, you ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You always keep an overview and ensure that all requests are processed quickly and efficiently to build trust and develop potential revenue opportunities.

Führung & Teamentwicklung

• You will take over personnel responsibility and develop your team further by sharing your expertise. Through clear goal-setting and continuous feedback, you ensure growth, engagement, and sustainable success in the team.

Individuelle Media-Strategien mit Wachstumsfokus:

• Based on briefings from your customers, you will develop tailored digital media strategies that perfectly cover their goals and needs and contribute to the success of campaigns.

Nutzung und Anwendung von (Media-) Planungstools:

• With your expert knowledge in using media planning tools, you will create precise and effective media plans that contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns.

Experte für digitale Mediagattungen:

• You possess comprehensive expertise in all relevant digital media formats. Therefore, you select the best media channels and advertising formats for our campaigns.

Vertrieb & New Business

• In addition to customer care, you will actively drive new business development forward and explore new market potential.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und digitalen Media-Planung:

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in digital media planning and possess comprehensive expertise, understanding how to strategically and operationally support customers. Your cross-media expertise enables you to develop tailored solutions for our customers and implement them.

Teamführung und Ausbildung:

• You possess fundamental experience in team leadership and development, focusing on motivation, coaching, and individual further education. You have the ability to recognize talents, foster potential, and lead the team to high performance.

Analytisches Geschick und Zahlenaffinität:

• You have an affinity for numbers and working with MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as tools like advision and mds. Your analytical thinking helps you make data-based decisions.

Kommunikative und überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit:

• Your open and communicative nature makes you the ideal point of contact for our customers. Through your confident and authentic demeanor, you build customer relationships.

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein:

• Your meticulous and structured work style combined with a high sense of responsibility enables you to lead projects efficiently and achieve successful results.

Sprachliche Kompetenz:

• You possess secure German language skills in writing and speaking as well as fluent English skills.
