Shape the AI platform for Automotive Retail

We are developing with Carla and CXBox the AI Customer Engagement Platform for Automotive Retail. Our solutions support car dealerships in designing customer communication over phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels more intelligent, faster, and scalable.

To fuel our next growth phase, we are looking for a Director AI Platform & Products (m/w/d), who will bring together product strategy and technology and actively develop our platform.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You will be responsible for the strategic development of our AI platform and lay the foundation for Carla, CXBox, and future AI products to grow on a common platform.

Together with management, engineering, and product management, you will make central decisions for our AI strategy – from selecting suitable technologies to prioritizing new platform capabilities.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the product and platform strategy (product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, and customer feedback loops) for Carla, CXBox, and future AI products
• Fachliche and disziplinarische Führung des Produktmanagements
• Development of product vision, roadmap, prioritization, discovery, and customer feedback loops for Carla, CXBox, and future AI products.
• Further development of a scalable AI platform for multiple products
• Decisions regarding LLMs, Voice AI, RAG, MCP, Hosting, and AI vendors
• Etablissement of measurable AI quality as well as economic and scalable solutions
• Closer cooperation with management, engineering, sales, customer success, and customers

You have already taken responsibility for a technology-driven software product – for example as Head of Product, Director Product, Head of AI, Founding CTO, or Product & Technology Lead.

In addition, you bring:

• You think product and technology as a unity.
• You understand AI as the core of modern software products.
• You can make technical decisions with engineering on an equal footing.
• You provide orientation, take responsibility, and make decisions.
• You translate customer problems into scalable platform solutions.
• You think entrepreneurially and prioritize business impact over technical perfection.
• You speak fluent German.
