We are looking for a results-oriented leader with experience in coordinating teams and developing client portfolios who wants to play a key role in growing and performing an agency with high potential.

🎯 Your Role:

In your capacity as Director Agency, you will coordinate and develop the activity of Iuliu Maniu Agency, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives, as well as sustainable growth of the insurance portfolio.

🚀 What You Will Do:

• You will coordinate, organize, and supervise agency activities, assuming responsibility for the results obtained;
• You will plan and monitor team activity, supporting professional development of employees and collaborators;
• You will administer and develop the insurance portfolio in line with business objectives;
• You will coordinate the process of insuring contracts and collecting premiums through all distribution channels;
• You will identify opportunities for growth and capitalize on the agency's potential;
• You will prepare and support offers for negotiations and tenders, according to internal procedures;
• You will ensure compliance with contractual conditions, correctness of documentation, and risk inspections;
• You will track performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust action plans based on results;
• You will maintain constant communication with the branch leadership, coming up with solutions for complex client requests.

🧩 What We Expect From You:

• Higher education completed;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance or the financial-banking sector;
• Experience in managing client portfolios and achieving commercial objectives;
• Experience in coordinating teams (formal or informal);
• Solid knowledge about insurance products and commercial processes;
• Certification in insurance distribution (or willingness to obtain it);
• Advanced negotiation and relationship skills;
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership competencies;
• Able to work with KPIs and make data-based decisions;
• Moderate level of English proficiency;
• Digital skills and good knowledge of MS Office;
• Driving license category B.
