Your Mission:

To be an ambassador of CEC Bank products and services and guide clients who need help.

What You Will Do in This Role?

• Ensure the planning, management, coordination, and control of agency activities, in accordance with banking legislation and regulations; track the achievement of assigned objectives, allocate human resources optimally to achieve sales targets;
• Coordinate credit, product, and service sales, as well as client attraction; actively promote the bank's image;
• Plan, organize, and monitor sales activity at the agency level and for affiliated units (if applicable); be responsible for achieving sales targets, involving yourself in their realization;
• Ensure the premises of a good credit portfolio at the agency and affiliate unit levels (if applicable);
• Provide business support for identifying and capitalizing on market potential;
• Coordinate operational activity; ensure risk management at the coordinated unit level; organize cash handling and treasury, etc.;
• Suggest corrective measures to address underperforming segments at the agency and affiliate unit levels (if applicable) and monitor their implementation;
• Represent the agency in local relations with third parties, according to assigned competencies.

If You Know About Yourself That::

• Have a higher education degree in economics or law completed;
• 5 years of experience in the banking sector; 3 years of experience in a leadership/coordinating role;
• Knowledge about the local banking market;
• Leadership, communication, relationship, negotiation, and sales skills;
• Responsibility, integrity, confidentiality;
• Good knowledge of banking legislation;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language or courses in management, communication, time management, coaching, leadership, project management (advantage);
• Knowledge of computer use (Microsoft Office package).
