Ideal Candidate

• Education: Higher education in a specialized field (technical, construction, installations, electrical/mechanical engineering, or economics).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in related fields (FM, construction, technical).
• Foreign Languages: Advanced knowledge of English (business and negotiation language).
• Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in coordinating, developing, and motivating a procurement team.
• Availability for travel in Central and Eastern Europe.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategy: Develops, implements, and optimizes the group's global procurement strategy for raw materials, services, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Commercial Negotiation: Leads strategic negotiations with key suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms (prices, payment terms, warranties, SLAs).
• Contract Management: Coordinates the approval, execution, monitoring, and renewal process of major commercial contracts.
• Cost Optimization: Monitors procurement budgets, analyzes market trends, and constantly identifies cost efficiency solutions without compromising quality.
• Executive Reporting: Presents cost analyses, performance reports, savings achieved, and supply chain risk mitigation strategies to top management.
