Job description
Senior FP&A Director, Global is a key strategic leader responsible for directing the global FP&A function for a life sciences services company backed by private capital. This role collaborates closely with executive management and venture capital sponsors to drive financial reporting and forecasting, operational planning, and value creation at scale for a top-tier CRO in the laboratory testing segment.
The selected candidate will bring advanced analytical expertise, a solid understanding of a life sciences services company (e.g., capacity utilization, project margins, pricing structure, backlog forecasts, revenue recognition), and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to executive management and investors.
