Thanks to its establishments, more than 280 people are welcomed every day, either at their place of life or at their place of work. We can count on multidisciplinary teams ensuring the smooth running of our services and programs. As Director-General between 80% and 100%, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our establishments, managing a team of professionals, and developing strategies to promote inclusion and social integration. Your main responsibilities will include: • Overseeing the daily operations of an establishment, including budget management and human resources; • Managing a team of professionals, including educators, therapists, and administrative staff; • Developing strategies to promote inclusion and social integration for people with disabilities; • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our services and programs; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A degree in education, social sciences, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the field of disability support; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with disability-related laws and regulations.
