The Better Being Network is pursuing an important phase of structuration and growth. With over a dozen clinics and a multi-channel communication center in full transformation, we wish to integrate a strategic direction to uniformize our practices, optimize our processes, and support the implementation of innovative solutions.

We are recruiting a Director of Continuity Improvement and Implementation, responsible for aligning our operations, reinforcing our performance, and accompanying our teams in a sustainable evolution process.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the executive direction, you will have the responsibility to:

Optimization & Operational Performance

• Analyze, structure, and improve key processes of the network

• Evaluate and refine performance indicators for the communication center and clinical operations

• Evaluate irritants at the Client Success Center, clinical operations, and Rehabilitation in collaboration with operation directors

• Prioritize improvement projects and ensure their deployment

Implementation & Transformation

• Pilot automation and digitalization initiatives

• Collaborate with IT, clinic, rehabilitation, and administrative teams to ensure the success of implementations

• Ensure documentation of processes and maintenance as well as improvement of the Better Being learning platform in collaboration with the communications team

• Uniformize practices and ensure coherence of processes across the network

Accompaniment & Mobilization of Teams

• Support the supervisor of the Communication Center in evolving operations

• Train, coach, and accompany managers in adopting new practices

• Foster a culture of rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Transversal Leadership

• Work closely with clinical operation directors, rehabilitation operation directors, executive direction, and field teams

• Act as a catalyst for change and actively contribute to the strategic vision of the network

• Lead special projects related to organizational transformation

Desired Profile

• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, structural, and global vision skills
• Experience in project management or organizational transformation
• Natural leadership, ability to mobilize and coach teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in a growing environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a clinical setting or communication center: an asset (but not essential)
