Branch Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for personnel management, expertise, and finances of our branch in Fribourg, initially with approx. 5 to 10 employees
• Guarantee of achieving financial and qualitative objectives
• You impress with your technical and managerial skills, know how to motivate your team to give their best, and jointly develop solution proposals
• Preparation of various reports and analyses for our clients and management
• Identification of trends and opportunities and implementation of necessary measures
• Monitoring the evolution of the rental market and tenancy law
• Controlling forecasts, budget, and planning with profit and loss responsibility
• Guarantee of compliance with defined processes and quality standards
• Active acquisition of new mandates and presentation of the company to potential new clients

Requirements

• Federal diploma in property administration, certified real estate fiduciary, or Master of Real Estate Management, or further training/studies at a vocational college or University of Applied Sciences (HES)
• Several years of experience in property management (administrative, legal, and technical)
• Technical and managerial skills, several years of experience as a manager
• Excellent knowledge of the regional market and tenancy law (residential and commercial properties)
• Native French speaker, excellent oral and written proficiency
• Network and sustainability-oriented thinking and action
• Social skills, flexibility, and stress resilience
• Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office programs, possibly REM)
• Convincing and polished presentation
• Valid driving license and private vehicle required
