Director South Netherlands at Humankind

Humankind and Boer & Croon Executive Search are partners in the search for a new director for the South Netherlands cluster, also a member of the national board of directors of Humankind. Humankind is the largest non-commercial childcare organization in the Netherlands. The new director we are looking for is an enthusiastic and connecting leader for professionals and regional directors in the South Netherlands cluster. A well-seasoned leader with a participative management style, eager to inspire and motivate employees, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success in leading teams and organizations, and is passionate about creating a positive impact on children's lives. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, and who is committed to the values and mission of Humankind. The new director will be responsible for leading the South Netherlands cluster, which includes several regional directors and a team of professionals.
