For further development and growth, we are looking for a Director of Residential Care Center who can lead and manage our residential care center with passion and dedication. As Director of Residential Care Center, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our residential care center. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that align with our organization's vision and goals. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the residential care center, • Leading and managing a team of professionals who provide care and support to residents, • Ensuring the quality of care and services provided by the residential care center, • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners, • Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the residential care center.
