This role consists of supervising daily activities, ensuring that team performance is in line with sales objectives, and promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork. The sales director will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management. The candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
