Primary School Director, Vuadens Circle of Schools Who are we? The Compulsory Education Service in French-speaking Switzerland is a public institution that provides education to children from 5 to 16 years old. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to quality education and can develop their full potential. We are looking for a Primary School Director who will lead our school team with passion, enthusiasm, and expertise. As the leader of our school, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing educational projects in collaboration with teachers and other stakeholders; Ensuring the smooth operation of the school and its various services; Building relationships with parents, students, and the local community; Managing a team of teachers and staff members; Collaborating with other schools and institutions to promote education and innovation. What are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate who has: A degree in Education or a related field; Experience as an educator or school leader; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn; Knowledge of the Swiss education system and its regulations.
