CVSER Project Manager (H/F/D)

Adecco For one of our clients, a major player in engineering and construction management, I am looking for a CVSER Project Manager (H/F/D) to lead complex projects, primarily in the industrial and tertiary sectors with high technical demands. You will occupy a strategic function, combining operational management, team management, and global coordination at the heart of major projects. Responsibilities As CVSER Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the overall success of projects: - Ensure quality, costs, deadlines, and safety throughout all CVSER lots - Act as a manager: coaching, accompanying, and developing a team of CVSER conductors (from preparation to execution and final acceptance) - Supervise all project phases: preparation, execution, technical commissioning, and final acceptance - Be a driving force and set up processes for functioning adapted to large projects (reporting, project organization, evolution of methods according to needs) - Manage relationships with architectural construction management, technical mandatories, and the client - Ensure regular reporting to management (financial, planning, quality, progress, risks) Profile - Engineering degree in building or civil engineering (CVSER) ideally complemented by a higher education degree (Ingénieur HES/ES, federal certificate or diploma, or equivalent training) - Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in project execution management - Ideally experienced in general/totally and/or construction management - Significant experience on a large project with a similar role including team management - Strong interest in complex projects and/or large-scale projects (industrial, infrastructure, high-demand CVSER buildings) - Excellent organizational, planning, and anticipation skills - Mandatory driving license and mobility required (presence on site) Benefits - Major and exciting projects with high technical and organizational stakes - A stimulating and convivial work environment within engaged and expert teams - Expert support from CVSER experts with a strong sharing of competencies - Continuous training opportunities, possibilities for improvement, and long-term career prospects - Attractive remuneration in line with your experience and responsibilities - Advantageous social benefits Information Contact Don't hesitate to send us your application; it will be treated in complete confidentiality!
