Logistics Director H/F Mobility in Martinique

The position is to be filled in Martinique and requires relocation. Your missions if you accept them: In direct link with the regional management and store teams, you are responsible for ensuring logistical performance across the entire perimeter. As such, you will have the following responsibilities: • To ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes and optimize supply chain management; • To develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives; • To manage and coordinate logistics teams to achieve optimal results; • To analyze and improve logistical performance indicators; • To maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders; • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in logistics or a related field, 5 years of experience in logistics management, and a strong understanding of the retail sector. You must be fluent in French and have excellent communication skills.
