Job description
Reporting to the General Management and a member of the Management Committee, you will take responsibility for a multi-site industrial scope and accompany a profound transformation of the organization, management practices, and performance monitoring. As such, your main responsibilities will be to: * Drive the industrial performance of the two sites, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline, and productivity objectives; * Manage and develop your teams, particularly production managers and support functions, with 7 to 8 direct reports in the long term; * Rethink the articulation between production, scheduling, planning, and physical flows in order to streamline industrial operations; * Structure and strengthen industrial methods, management rituals, and operational monitoring, particularly through AIC (Action, Information, Coaching) and performance indicators; * Manage technical challenges and industrial investments, with a significant CAPEX program intended in particular for the renewal and evolution of the production tool; * Champion, alongside the relevant teams, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) issues, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation, in a highly regulated industrial environment. Beyond daily management, your role will be to bring greater industrial rigor, advance middle management, and engage teams in a new performance dynamic.
