The Art of Specialty Coffee in Paris

Founded in 2011, it is one of the first expert coffee shops established in Paris. By establishing direct partnerships with producers worldwide, Coutume guarantees the quality and traceability of its beans while supporting sustainable practices.

Roasting is done by ourselves in our workshops based in Romainville with a Loring roaster, which allows us to preserve the unique aromas of coffees while reducing environmental impact. We have about fifteen coffee shops based in Paris and its surroundings.

Your Daily Tasks

Your mission? To manage the network of stores to ensure their commercial, organizational, and human performance, while guaranteeing the application of the brand's standards, procedures, and strategic orientations.

Organize staffing and work planning.

· Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees and store managers.

· Set objectives, support skill development, and manage disciplinary or conflict situations.

· Ensure compliance with labor law and HR procedures.

Commercial Animation

· Deploy the brand's commercial strategy.

· Support teams in achieving sales objectives.

· Monitor the proper application of commercial operations, merchandising, and brand standards.

· Implement action plans to improve store performance.

Store Organization and Operations

· Optimize organization, procurement, and inventory management.

· Prepare and coordinate inventory counts.

· Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to increase turnover.

Performance Analysis

· Monitor and analyze economic, commercial, and social indicators.

· Report to management.

· Implement corrective actions adapted to observed results.

· Ensure the proper distribution of merchandise between stores.

Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring

· Guarantee compliance with administrative, legal, social, commercial, hygiene, and safety procedures.

· Verify store compliance with brand requirements and current regulations.

Your Profile

You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the restaurant sector, including several years in multi-site retail management, capable of driving commercial performance, supporting point-of-sale managers, and ensuring the operational excellence of a network.
