Site Director

Responsibilities As Site Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of several construction sites. Your main missions will include: - Project management: Complete follow-up of the sites, from preparation to delivery. - Team coordination: Supervise and animate site managers, technical teams and subcontractors. - Planning and tracking: Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality. - Regulatory vigilance and safety: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. - Client relations: Ensure client satisfaction and regular communication on project progress. - Financial management: Track budgets, purchases and resources to ensure project profitability. Profile - Degree in civil engineering, building or equivalent. - Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as Site Director, Project Manager or similar role. - Solid technical expertise and mastery of project management tools (planning software, construction management software, etc.). - Sense of responsibility, leadership and excellent teamworking skills. - Good stress management and prioritization, with a strong taste for challenges.
