Energy Project Manager - Buildings H/F

Within a “Building, Energy, and Climate” department under the responsibility of the Paris agency manager, you will:

• Support design and engineering consortia and Inddigo project managers in the design and execution of large architectural projects with high environmental value.

• Master and secure the operational stakes and processes in projects assigned in Global Performance Contracts (MGP), whether in Owner's Representative / Technical Assistance (AMO/ATMO) or Design-Build (Maîtrise d’Œuvre), from programming to operational monitoring, including design, construction monitoring, and commissioning.

• Support asset managers in defining energy-asset master plans,

• Carry out Energy Performance Contract Owner's Representative (AMO CPE) missions for the operational implementation of energy renovation on your clients' assets.

• Conduct Energy Performance expertise missions within Energy Performance Contract consortia to secure improvement actions and associated gains, participate in defining solutions, and monitor their implementation.

As a project director, you will:

• Manage complex projects, in both Owner's Representative / Technical Assistance (AMO/ATMO) and Design-Build (Maîtrise d’Œuvre) capacities.

• Assist Inddigo project managers in client relations (negotiation, amendments, additional missions, etc.), or in cases of deviations or dissatisfaction of any kind (commercial, contractual, economic, etc.).

• Identify decision-making channels and relationships between stakeholders; you will support the project manager in sensitive project phases (protecting from external pressures, communicating with project stakeholders, alerting the project manager to sensitive points, etc.).

• Secure the quality of the mission with respect to the client, along with the project manager, define and monitor the project strategy with the project manager, in accordance with INDDIGO's interests and values.
