Store Manager

Pilot the Les Pennes-Mirabeau store

Melting-pot-RH is recruiting for its client a full-time permanent store manager, 35 hours per week, for the Les Pennes-Mirabeau site. The position includes a 3-month probationary period and is aimed at a professional capable of managing the establishment autonomously.

Your daily tasks

You will ensure the overall management of the point of sale, from team motivation to the optimization of commercial performance. You will ensure the good condition of the sales area, compliance with quality standards, and daily customer satisfaction.

Profile sought

Proficiency in managing a point of sale and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Your first few months

From the beginning, you will have taken charge of the store's operational functioning and supervised the existing team. If you do not meet all the criteria, please send your application anyway.

Compensation and benefits

• EUR 32,000–35,000 per year
