This key position implies strategic and operational direction of an establishment dedicated to the development and well-being of young children.
- Develop and implement the pedagogical project in collaboration with the educational team
- Ensure a high-quality welcome, respecting each child's individual rhythm and ensuring sanitary safety
- Recruit, integrate, and train staff to maintain cohesion and competence within the team
- Support families by providing guidance and counseling, while efficiently managing enrollments
- Supervise administrative and budget management, optimizing occupancy rates and developing institutional relationships

- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2200 euros/month
