Direct Travel Designer Location: Cape Town / Remote (Hybrid Role) Type of Property: Leading Luxury Travel Company Summary of Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operating Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills Strong destination knowledge and ability to create unique, personalised travel experiences Self-motivated, professional, and a team player Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in creating bespoke itineraries for high-end clients Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product developers, and other departments Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times
