Direct Tax Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• You will coordinate tax compliance activities and ensure adherence to direct tax obligations;
• You will supervise the tax reporting process and support the implementation of legislative requirements within the company;
• You will contribute to defining tax strategy and managing tax risks;
• You will coordinate the relationship with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants;
• You will lead projects for optimization and automation of tax processes;
• You will coordinate and develop the team, ensuring the delivery of activities to high-quality standards.

WHAT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU NEED:

• Completed university studies, preferably in economics, finance, or tax;
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in taxation, with a focus on direct taxes;
• Experience in coordinating a team and managing projects with tax impact;
• Solid knowledge of tax legislation, tax reporting, and transfer pricing;
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems;
• Advanced English language skills.
