As a Direct Entry E190 Turboprop Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our Embraer E190 aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities: • Command and control of the aircraft during flight operations; • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols; • Conduct pre-flight checks and prepare the aircraft for departure; • Manage cabin crew and ensure passenger safety; • Maintain accurate records and reports; • Participate in recurrent training and simulator sessions; • Collaborate with other pilots, maintenance personnel, and ground staff to ensure seamless operations. Requirements: • Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or be eligible for direct entry into the role; • Minimum 1,500 hours of total flying time, including 500 hours on multi-engine aircraft; • Valid Medical Certificate in accordance with ICAO standards; • Strong command and leadership skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
