Conducting all activities according to the Health and Nursing Professionals Act Taking overall responsibility for the nursing process Delegation and sub-delegation of tasks to qualified staff members Ensuring high-quality patient care through continuous education and training Participation in interdisciplinary teams and communication with other healthcare professionals Continuous documentation and evaluation of patient data and treatment outcomes Development and implementation of individualized patient care plans Collaboration with other departments and services to ensure comprehensive patient care
