For our client, a well-established healthcare company specializing in ambulatory care and supporting people with mental health impairments, we are looking for an engaged Diploma Nurse HF for the Psychiatry department. Your tasks - Expert nursing and care of clients with complex psychiatric disease patterns - Building relationships and establishing therapeutic connections with the cared-for individuals - Counseling and guiding family members and caregivers - Developing and implementing individualized care plans - Professional leadership of documentation and quality assurance - Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, psychologists, and social workers - Crisis intervention and support in acute stress situations - Knowledge transfer and guidance to team members

Your profile - Diploma as a Nurse (HF/DN I/DN II) with psychiatric orientation - Experience in psychiatric nursing and care - Confident personality with developed social skills - Category B driving license for outdoor assignments required - Negotiation-skilled communication and networked thinking - Experience in the ambulatory sector or interest in Spitex activity - Minimum age 30 years according to professional requirements
