Job description
The Rabenstein Clinic is licensed for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, VOR (behaviorally oriented rehabilitation) as well as MBOR (medically professionally oriented rehabilitation), inpatient and outpatient preventive care, outpatient approvals according to § 124 SGB V and IRENA according to § 44 SGB IX. Our goal is to reduce the physical sequelae of diseases, improve mental disease processing, and optimize vocational and social reintegration. To achieve this, we are looking for a Diplom Sozialpädagoge/Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (m/w/d) who will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation concepts that take into account the physical, psychological, and social needs of our patients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of social work and be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations.
