Tasks

• Self-responsible project leadership
• Planning, tendering, awarding, and site supervision of building technical facilities according to HOAI performance phases 1-9
• Project coordination with clients, architects, and executing companies; monitoring deadlines and costs, ensuring quality control of projects

Qualification

• Studies in the field of supply technology, Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, Master, state-approved technician, master, installer, and heating engineer or comparable
• Ideal experience in an engineering office and/or a company in projects related to technical building equipment
• Familiarity with standard CAD/benchmarking programs such as AutoCAD or PlanCAL
• Structured, methodical, and engaged working style
• Communication and team skills and outstanding customer orientation
