Location: Alterszentrum Hochweid, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH Department 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics

Working hours: 40% – 100%

You are a nursing professional and take responsibility for the care and support of our residents. You are a team professional and work closely with our interdisciplinary teams. Together with us, you will shape care that truly puts people at the center.

• Support for the team leadership in organization, scheduling, and team management
• Co-responsibility for person-centered care and respectful support of residents
• Active participation in nursing – close to residents and the team
• Active involvement in case discussions and the further development of nursing quality
• Quality and safety of nursing care during your shift
• Shaping processes and quality standards
• Professionally correct implementation of nursing concepts, standards, and guidelines
• Contact person for colleagues, residents, and relatives

What you bring with you

• Degree as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or an equally recognized qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Sound professional knowledge and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts
