To strengthen our engaged team, we are looking for a heartful and professionally experienced person with genuine passion for the nursing profession as: Diploma in Nursing HF or FH (m/w/d), Early and Late Shift | 60-100%. In our department with 18 residents, you can expect a varied working day, a supportive team, and a place where humanity counts. Tasks - You ensure professional, individual care and support that is oriented towards the needs and wishes of our residents. - You take over the personal and professional leadership of the daytime team and promote constructive cooperation. - You steer the care process deliberately, evaluate it, and develop it continuously further. - You lead case conferences and coordinate as well as accompany medical visits. - You work closely and interprofessionally with all involved healthcare professionals together.
