Our specialized dementia department with a large garden and animal companionship creates a protected space with plenty of freedom and quality of life. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an empathetic, team-oriented, and engaged person as a Diploma in Nursing (m/w/d) HF / DN I / DN II / AKP (50% - 100%). Tasks - You care for and support our residents individually and professionally. - As a reference person, you work closely with the interdisciplinary team. - You ensure high-quality nursing and care. - You take over daily and household responsibility. - In crisis and emergency situations, you act quickly and lead the necessary measures. - You steer the entire nursing process from planning to documentation and performance assessment (BESA). - You plan and accompany doctor's visits. - You actively support the training of our FAGE learners and HF students. - You participate in professional and project groups and shape our further development with it.
